Sedberry-Sulak Complex This Brood-Grow complex sits on a 148 acre tract of land in northern McLennan County Texas.  In addition to the poultry operation, a 30 to 40 head cow-calf herd is maintained.  The turkey growing program is to start 63,000 light hens on the brooder farm and then move that flock to the grow-out farm for finishing at 5 to 6 weeks of age.  The flocks are then harvested at approximately 12 to 13 weeks of age. The annual growing program is 5 flocks per year for a total production of 315,000 head started.

Wilkerson Farm - This Grow-Only farm sits on 480 acres located 8 miles from the Sedberry-Sulak Complex.  In addition to the poultry operation, this farm produces Costal Bermuda grass hay on approximately 200 acres of pasture.  The poultry growing program is to finish-only 62,000 light hens.  The poults are started at another Cargill contracted brooder farm and delivered at an age of 5 to 6 weeks.  The flocks are harvested at approximately 12 13 weeks of age.  The annual program is 5 flocks per year for a total production of 310,000 head started.
